Workout 4, The Open 2012
The 4th workout for the open has been released, and it looks tough!
12 minutes to complete as many rounds of:
150 Wall Balls – 10 foot target with 20lbs for the men and 14lbs to a 9 foot target for the women.
30 Muscle-ups on the gymnastics rings that I told you to buy around Christmas time!
I will most probably be attempting the workout on Saturday so I will update with my score when I have completed the workout.
If you can not find anywhere to complete this workout then you have not been looking hard enough and I will re-direct you to Crossfit Cumbria’s new home here. Also SORT IT OUT and get yourselves down to some sessions. That is all.
